A leader in luxury Florida real estate, BEX Realty (formerly Boca Executive Realty) had recently rebranded and needed a fresh look to accompany their new logo. I re-designed their website, created a series of email templates for their realtors, and designed new stationary in addition to print marketing materials.
One of the points of emphasis for BEX Realty was showcasing their listings within each touchpoint with their audience. I designed a template for customized property alerts, general announcements, a welcome eblast, and a realtor-specific email signature template for every employee company-wide. Because each of these was content-heavy, I decided to keep the design simple, with plenty of white space, incorporating the blues along with slight design touches.

BEX Realty needed collateral to promote and inform clients of their new brand. I created various print pieces along with an updated sales brochure featuring information about the company and their services to be handed out to potential clients.
