As part of a small business recognition program through the Orlando Magic, Three21 won a prize package that included an ad in the game program, radio ads and in-arena LED banners that would play throughout the game. Working in collaboration with our senior copywriter, I created a cohesive mini-campaign based on “disrupting” the typical user experience at most basketball games using attention-grabbing assets, with the goal of getting people to ask: Who is Three21?

As an avid basketball fan and game attendee, I often become bored with the typical in-arena graphics featuring a basketball theme or standard animation around the arena. So I decided it would be more effective to create something “disruptive” to the game-break user experience.
